Our story

My name is Kohl Sizemore, I have always dreamed of becoming successful in real estate since i was 15 years old. Even before my Idea of real estate I always wanted my own business. I was always scared to take the first step, then finally I did it. I got with my previous co-worker Faidre Ashley, and we decided we needed to get busy or get left behind in todays economy. We decided to start the grind and get moving so we can become successful. I not only wanted to help myself, but also the other people who needed help with selling their home. When I was 8 so almost to little to fully understand, my grandma had tried to sell her home. She did not know much about real estate in general, it took her a lot of baggage and emotional pain to get rid of it. Then when I was A little older i came to realize that it could've been a lot easier for her if she was granted help. Fast forward to the present, Fay and I have found a really stress free easy system to help people get their homes sold. I am achieving my dreams through all of you and I cant thank you enough for it!

My name is Faidre Ashley,  who doesn't want to be a business owner. I've took many classes of real estate, but I decided to take things my own way and start this Fay & Kohl Solutions where we help with your problems and take the stress off of you. This is a dream come true that's been on hold for a long time, and now I am here to make all my dreams come true!
